Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the StatisCom Shopify App ("App") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App connects your Shopify store to your StatisCom account to synchronise orders, products and customers. It is provided as part of your StatisCom subscription.
3. Eligibility
You must have a valid Shopify store and an active StatisCom account to use the App. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the merchant account that installs the App.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates Shopify's Partner Program Agreement or API Terms of Service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the App's source code.
- Use the App to transmit malware, spam or any unlawful content.
- Share your access credentials with third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App and its underlying technology remain the property of StatisCom. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data synchronisation will be instantaneous or perfectly consistent at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StatisCom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify Admin.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
