Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
StatisCom ("we", "our", "us") operates the StatisCom Shopify App, which syncs orders, products and customers between your Shopify store and your StatisCom account.
2. Data We Collect
When you install this app we receive and store:
- Your Shopify store domain and shop information (name, email, plan, currency).
- An API access token issued by Shopify to read your store data.
- Order data: order ID, line items, totals, shipping address, financial and fulfilment status.
- Product data: title, SKU, variants, prices, inventory levels.
- Customer data (where your Shopify plan and app permissions allow): name, email, phone, shipping address.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To display and manage your Shopify data inside your StatisCom account.
- To synchronise orders, products and customers between Shopify and StatisCom.
- To send you important service notifications.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except:
- Service providers who operate our infrastructure (hosting, databases) under strict confidentiality agreements.
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your integration is active. When you uninstall the app we delete your access token within 48 hours. Synced order/product records in your StatisCom account are governed by your StatisCom account agreement.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and Shopify's security requirements.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@statiscom.com.
8. GDPR Compliance
This app implements all three mandatory Shopify GDPR webhooks: customers/redact, shop/redact, and customers/data_request. Requests received via these webhooks are processed within 30 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
